We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Retail Services team, offering a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving process automation and delivering impactful MI (Management Information) insights across multiple channels, including Operations, Telephony, and Branch. In this role, you’ll work within our Resilience and Efficiency team, supporting the development of innovative solutions that enhance operational performance and improve both colleague and customer experiences.

You’ll engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including Product Owners, Performance Directors, and Operational leaders, to gather automation ideas, identify areas for improvement, and shape future enhancements. Using your problem-solving skills and technical expertise, you’ll help design and build fit-for-purpose solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ensuring they align with strategic priorities while remaining practical and user-friendly.

Working closely with the Senior Business Analyst and key stakeholders, you’ll also support governance and control frameworks, ensuring all automations are designed, delivered, and embedded effectively, with clear tracking of benefits such as efficiency and time savings. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about delivering change, improving processes, and making a tangible impact across a broad business environment.
