Our Company
At Quantum, we connect global brands with high-intent consumers. We turn intent into action and complexity into clarity.

Our Mission is clear, to help smarter, faster buying decisions. Our vision, to be the world’s most used digital comparison service, delivering value and simplicity to millions.

We drive growth through data-driven affiliate marketing built for performance from day one. Every campaign is measurable, optimised in real time, and designed to scale.

With in-house tech, full-stack analytics, and a compliance-first mindset, we give our partners an edge. We drive confident decisions and growth in regulated and high-growth sectors. We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.

The Role

Our Business Analytics team is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in London on a 3-6 month contract.

In this role you will turn complex data into the insight that shapes how Quantum grows, owning business intelligence end to end and delivering real impact within your contract, from data warehouse structure to the Tableau dashboards leadership relies on to make decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own business intelligence development end to end and deliver against clear priorities within the contract.

  • Build and maintain high-performance Tableau dashboards that leadership and operational teams use daily, optimising structure, data sources and user experience with the wider data team.

  • Run the analysis that drives profit: cohort analysis, demographic segmentation, predictive value modelling, spend and cost management, and recommendation engines.

  • Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, and support the development of our data warehouse structure.

  • Partner with marketing, product and commercial teams to turn requirements into insight, and document your work so dashboards and BI tools can be handed over after the contract.

About You

  • You have a degree in a maths or science based subject.

  • You’re hands-on with the tools that matter: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel and Google BigQuery, with a solid command of SQL.

  • You can navigate large, complex datasets and design dashboards that work for both executive and operational audiences.

  • You’re commercially minded and data-driven, with a strong grasp of A/B testing, and you influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • You can ramp fast and work independently, managing multiple priorities under pressure. Affiliate or performance marketing data experience, with platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads or Snapchat Ads, is a plus.

  • You thrive when working as part of a team

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Have excellent written and verbal English skills

  • Last but not least, you’ll have no ego!

What You’ll Get

  • Private Health Care (Bupa)

  • Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

  • Travel Insurance

  • Competitive Base Salary

  • Company Bonus Scheme

  • Paid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)

  • Market-Leading Training Programme

  • Recognition & Reward Scheme

  • Annual Company Conference

  • Regular Happy Hours & Team Lunches

  • Free Coffee, Drinks & Snacks
