  • Supporting data analysis, transformation and migration activities across investment systems and platforms.
  • Driving evidence-based decision making and continuous improvement initiatives across investment services.

What you'll bring

We'll be looking for experienced Business Analysts with a strong background in capital markets and investment platforms, ideally with extensive hands-on Calypso experience.

You'll bring:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Calypso Specialist or similar professional within capital markets, implementation or support environments.
  • Strong understanding of front, middle and back-office investment operations.
  • Experience across areas such as collateral, trade support, settlements, reconciliations, payments, regulatory reporting, securities finance and performance attribution.
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into functional solutions and managing requirements throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within complex environments and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Experience with financial products such as fixed income, money markets, foreign exchange, derivatives, repos, structured products and asset-backed securities will be highly regarded.

Exposure to platforms including Calypso, Aladdin, Murex, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, Refinitiv, SWIFT and MarkitWire would also be advantageous.
