The Business Administrator will assist with client interactions, prepare legal documents, manage the office diary, and handle correspondence.
A legal practice based in South West London is looking for someone who:
- Is able to deal with clients prior to consultations (photocopying ID, getting them to sign letter of authority and client care letter) and create their file
- Is able to put together legal bundles (paginate, create an index and put the papers in chronological format)
- Can archive the folders where legal matter is closed;
- Send basic emails to counsel/clients
- Has experience or the least willingness to learn to use legal software programme
- Manage the office diary (appointments with client/paperwork deadlines/court hearing dates)
- Taking and receiving letters from the post office
