Why You’ll Love This Opportunity as a Brand Projects Executive at Civica  

The Brand Projects Executive plays a key role in supporting the integration of newly acquired brands into the Civica brand family, as well as other projects within brand.

You’ll manage the communications and branding processes from pre-acquisition through to business-as-usual operations, ensuring a seamless transition that aligns with Civica’s global brand standards.

You’ll also support rebranding activities, champion Civica’s product naming process and strategy, manage brand trademark registrations and compliance, and work with the Global Brand Manager to maintain Civica’s brand guidelines and develop new brand initiatives.

Requirements

You will be an experienced Brand Program or Project Manager/ Executive who posses the following skills:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, adaptable team player, adept at overcoming roadblocks and taking the initiative to support team goals.

  • Collaborative & Hands-On: Works well in a team environment, ready to support colleagues with a “no task too small” mindset.
  • Confident & Solution-Focused: Effectively drives projects forward, overcoming obstacles and keeping stakeholders informed on progress and updates.
  • Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Continuously seeks process improvements, staying attentive to detail and organised while managing multiple priorities.
  • Clear Communicator: Able to convey updates and ideas with transparency and clarity, especially when managing sensitive brand transitions or updates.
