All about the role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand & PR Specialist who is responsible for enhancing brand visibility, elevating reputation, and maximising sales performance for AEG and Electrolux in the UK & Ireland. This dynamic role focuses on developing and implementing comprehensive PR and press strategies, managing influencer and brand partnerships, and supporting sales-driven promotions to ensure consistent consumer engagement and market leadership.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and execute PR campaigns that elevate brand visibility and reputation, building strong relationships with media, journalists, and influencers.
  • Manage PR agencies to ensure effective, on-time, and within-budget campaign delivery.
  • Oversee PR budgets, ensuring resource efficiency and maximising ROI through detailed performance reporting.
  • Identify and leverage revenue opportunities via partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations; measure and optimize PR ROI.
  • Lead influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand messaging and drive consumer advocacy.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to grow brand presence on platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Align internal teams by sharing PR updates and campaign insights for consistent messaging.
  • Partner with Trade Operations to support sales-driving initiatives such as cashback offers and co-op advertising campaigns.
  • Build strategic alliances that enhance visibility and market growth in collaboration with trade marketing teams.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures and catalogues, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to additional projects that drive business success, delivering them on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in PR, brand management, or marketing roles, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, evaluate performance, and optimise results.
  • Familiarity with UK&I market dynamics and consumer trends.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to deliver impactful campaigns.

This is an office-based position working from our Luton office. Hybrid working options are available.
