  • Champion innovation and a test-and-learn mindset to maximise marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop strong partnerships with global teams, agencies, retailers, and strategic partners.
  • Drive an owned, earned, shared, and paid marketing approach to achieve business objectives.

Commercial Leadership

  • Own marketing performance and commercial delivery across audiences, brands, and launches.
  • Manage and optimise significant marketing investments and budgets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams to identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Bring a strong customer and audience perspective to business decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • A deep and current understanding of the UK & Ireland retail environment and experience partnering with major retailers in-country is essential.
  • Significant senior-level brand marketing experience within a leading consumer goods organisation (FMCG, gaming or tech company exposure is preferred).
  • Proven success leading teams and developing high-performing talent.
  • Strong track record of delivering brand growth, improved brand health, and commercial results.
  • Expertise across the full marketing mix, including media, social, PR, events, influencer marketing, and measurement.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across local and global organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively at senior leadership level.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and influencing skills.
  • A demonstratable exposure to experience of change management and the resilience required to accept, drive and implement.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working within highly matrixed, cross-functional organisations.
  • Knowledge of marketing mix modelling and advanced effectiveness measurement.
  • Experience marketing to family, parent, or children's audiences.
  • Understanding of omnichannel retail and eCommerce environments.

What Success Looks Like

You will:
