Job title: Brand Manager

Location: North West London, NW2 7HF

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Core working hours are 9:30am to 5:00pm, 40 hours per week, worked over five days, Monday to Friday.

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.

As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for a Brand Manager reporting to Brand Marketing Director to join our forward-thinking and growing team. Working in a focused marketing team you will have a strong understanding and passion for consumer brands and will have the opportunity to make your mark on the UK’s most popular vitamin brands.

Responsibilities will include…

  • Brand management of a portfolio of brands.
  • Supporting a wide range of ATL and BTL offline UK marketing activities, including high profile advertising (e.g. radio, print and outdoor), and celebrity brand ambassador campaigns (e.g. Tess Daly and Gabby Logan), to build brand awareness and drive sales performance for some of the UK’s leading supplement brands.
  • Managing and delivering key campaigns and brand partnerships: this could include 3rd party licenced products, celebrity brand ambassador and charity partnerships, offline BTL communications, sampling.
  • Engaging internal teams on brand plans and inputting into cross functional campaign requirements.
  • Managing contractual requirements, building relationships and act as key contact with external stakeholders.
  • Supporting brand requirements for new product development and defining launch plans.
  • Developing and maintaining brand assets and promotional materials to be up to date and compliant with industry regulation.
  • Assisting in the organisation of internal and external marketing events and preparing brand presentations for sales and export stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a record of expenditure ensuring brands and campaigns are managed within budget.
  • Ongoing brand performance monitoring (e.g.Circana data).

Requirements
  • Extensive years of brand management and marketing experience.
  • Ideally have a FMCG branded background.
  • Experience or interest in the area of healthcare and nutrition and managing a licence brand.
  • Offline marketing experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good consumer and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and comfortable working within a small team in a hands on, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to be flexible and embrace change.
