Lead end-to-end product development for nutritional supplements, coordinating cross-functional teams, suppliers and licence partners. Manage specifications, regulatory compliance, market research, sustainability packaging projects, technical dossiers, and launches to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Lead export sales strategy and execution across assigned international territories. Develop markets, manage distributors and key accounts, ensure export compliance, coordinate logistics, drive marketing and medical promotions, provide forecasts and reports, train healthcare professionals, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet regional revenue and launch targets. Regular international travel required.

Create platform-native social media assets and short-form video (Reels/TikTok); capture product photo/video; collaborate on campaigns; manage end-to-end asset production; deliver on deadlines and support basic analytics to grow engagement and brand presence.

Support field sales by reviewing and approving pharmacy orders, managing EDI order flow, resolving transmission errors, handling inbound pharmacy calls, maintaining Canvas reports and sales dashboards, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Plan and balance supply and demand across finished goods, raw materials and packing; optimise inventory and shelf-life; secure production capacity and supplier performance; own master data governance, MRP processes and S&OP meetings to meet service level targets and reduce obsolescence.

Manage end-to-end rebate process including setup, accruals, validation, settlement and reconciliations. Investigate and recover historical overpayments, support audits, maintain controls, reduce aged debt, produce rebate reporting, and collaborate with Sales, Commercial, AP/AR and Supply Chain to improve processes and automation.
