Analyze export orders, distributor sales data, campaign performance, pricing, market opportunities, and product availability. Maintain rolling order forecasts, identify supply-chain risks, evaluate distributor proposals, and support commercial projects and decision-making. The role requires strong analytical, communication, forecasting, statistical, budgeting, and ERP skills, with close collaboration across marketing, market development, distributors, and internal teams.

Manage a portfolio of consumer brands by developing brand strategies, integrated ATL and BTL campaigns, marketing assets, partnerships, and events. Translate consumer and market insights into growth plans, oversee agencies and budgets, and support new product development from concept through launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver compliant, commercially effective campaigns and maintain brand equity in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and maintain the Quality Management System and ensure regulatory compliance across raw materials, manufacturing, packaging, warehouse and outsourced activities. Lead investigations, CAPA, change control, audits, supplier qualification, and risk assessments. Coach and develop the Quality team, support product release/disposition, and drive continuous improvement of quality systems to meet EU/UK, cosmetic and food supplement regulatory requirements.

Lead and execute export sales strategies for Africa and LATAM, develop markets, manage distributors and key accounts, ensure export compliance and logistics, support marketing and medical promotion, provide forecasts and cross-functional coordination, and travel internationally for market development.
