Manage a portfolio of Vitabiotics brands, lead ATL/BTL campaigns and partnerships, coordinate cross-functional launch and NPD support, maintain compliant brand assets, monitor performance (e.g., Circana), manage budgets and external stakeholders, and support events and sales presentations.

Manage and maintain the Quality Management System and ensure regulatory compliance across raw materials, manufacturing, packaging, warehouse and outsourced activities. Lead investigations, CAPA, change control, audits, supplier qualification, and risk assessments. Coach and develop the Quality team, support product release/disposition, and drive continuous improvement of quality systems to meet EU/UK, cosmetic and food supplement regulatory requirements.

Lead and execute export sales strategies for Africa and LATAM, develop markets, manage distributors and key accounts, ensure export compliance and logistics, support marketing and medical promotion, provide forecasts and cross-functional coordination, and travel internationally for market development.

Review and verify analytical, microbiological and physical test results; manage bulk product and stability data; generate and issue Certificates of Analysis; approve raw materials; ensure GMP and regulatory compliance; support investigations, audits, CAPA and continuous improvement.
