The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking a Brand Experience Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is essential in providing the logistical and administrative support needed to bring our brand to life—across industry events, client engagement initiatives, and company milestones.

As a Brand Experience Coordinator, you will focus on the seamless execution of event logistics, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with our PSX standards. From managing vendor communications and shipping schedules to assisting with on-site activations, you will be the glue that holds our brand experiences together, ensuring high-quality delivery that strengthens our market presence.

This position is hybrid. Candidates must be able to commute to the London office 3 days a week.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and execution of events (virtual and in-person), including logistics, vendor co-ordination, branded materials, and attendee communications.
  • Own key aspects of event execution onsite, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
  • Assist in sourcing, production, and distribution of branded merchandise, swag, and client and employee gifting initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of brand activations, including conferences, client experiences, and company milestones or culture programmes.
  • Create and adapt marketing assets (social graphics, event materials, presentations, and digital collateral) using Canva and other tools.
  • Occasional domestic and international travel (up to 25%) to oversee event setups, ensure brand consistency, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Co-ordinate the production of larger creative assets (signage, guides, video, banners) in partnership with internal teams and external design resources.
  • Maintain and track project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with team goals and deadlines, providing updates to the marketing team and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on venues, vendors, and industry trends to inform planning and decision-making for upcoming events and experiences.
  • Support tracking and reporting on events and experience performance, including engagement, feedback and ROI.
  • Provide administrative and cross-functional support for the marketing team as needed, including scheduling, communications, and project documentation.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • University degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field (or equivalent placement/professional experience).
  • Previous internship or hands-on project experience in events, marketing, or branding preferred but not required.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including domestic and international locations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Canva and AI platforms preferred.
  • Experience working with vendors, budgets and event logistics a plus.
  • Positive attitude, resourceful mindset, and strong attention to detail.

PureSpectrum Perks:
PureSpectrum is continuously focused on our culture, which is rooted in innovation, connection, and providing a great experience at all business levels —what we like to call PSX. Our team enjoys a creative and collaborative environment with plenty of opportunities for fun, connection, and team celebrations.

Our benefits include robust medical and dental coverage, a wellness stipend to support your physical and mental well-being, paid parental leave, a contributory pension, and generous PTO and sick time. We believe in supporting our team both personally and professionally—empowering you to thrive inside and outside of work.
