What you'll be doing

We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our team and help deliver our Brand CRM strategy, driving brand engagement and cross-sell plans. You will work with the Brand CRM Manager to execute the CRM strategy and help achieve business targets. You’ll also help execute app engagement communications, ensuring that our app-driven customer interactions are aligned with broader CRM goals.

You will assist with the planning and execution of the CRM brand calendar, supporting the delivery of personalised, automated communications across email and app push notifications. Working with key stakeholders, you’ll help support CRM channel growth and help engage customers at various points in their journey. Regular reporting on campaign performance will also be an important part of your responsibilities.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • Some experience in a CRM or Marketing environment, with campaign planning and execution across multiple channels (email, app notifications, etc.)
  • Experience or familiarity with setting up email programs / app-based communications
  • Comfortable evaluating campaign effectiveness
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is advantageous, but not required
