Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid)

In this position, you’ll be based in the Bristol office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week.

Group Marketing is responsible for supporting Computershare's global brand, marketing, communications and engagement activities across multiple business units, regions and jurisdictions. Working closely with business unit marketing teams and centres of excellence, the function helps drive brand consistency, market positioning and customer engagement across the organisation.

A role you will love

The Brand & Creative Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the management and development of the corporate brand as well as any related product portfolio brands. Key responsibilities include brand positioning development, assessment of brand performance, leadership of key brand initiatives, brand implementation and training.

This role also provides design leadership and solutions that enhance and support the company's core business strategies, delivered across the Group Marketing function. It guides creative projects and is responsible for the quality of work produced by creative teams, developing original design concepts and marketing campaigns that bring the brand to life across video, web experiences, print and digital advertising, and events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain the organisation's brand strategy, brand guidelines and governance framework to ensure consistent application of the brand globally.
  • Lead brand development initiatives, including brand integration activities related to mergers, acquisitions and new product introductions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business, delivering brand training and supporting organisation-wide adoption of brand standards.
  • Oversee centralised brand assets, creative tools, agency relationships and associated budgets.
  • Lead and manage creative resources to deliver high-quality design assets across Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Recruitment Marketing and other business priorities.
  • Govern the use of AI and related marketing technologies to support brand consistency, creative quality and marketing effectiveness within approved governance frameworks.

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for an experienced brand and creative leader with a strong background in brand marketing, governance and creative management. You'll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders across a global organisation, leading brand initiatives, managing creative resources and driving brand consistency across multiple business units and regions.

  • Ten or more years' experience in brand marketing or advertising, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Experience building, implementing and governing global brand guidelines, including brand integration following mergers, acquisitions or new product launches.
  • Experience managing creative teams and delivering projects in a creative or digital agency environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, project management and change management capabilities.
  • Understanding of current design and production tools across print and digital channels, with strong content and asset development skills.
  • High AI literacy, including experience applying AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve brand consistency, creative quality and marketing efficiency.
