What you’ll do

As Content Marketing Coordinator – eCommerce EMEA you will be involved in managing the Belkin brand presence across our website and eCommerce Marketplaces. You will be responsible for localising, optimising, and distributing our eCommerce content with the key objectives of generating traffic, driving conversion and increasing sales revenue.

The Content Marketing Coordinator will be passionate about all things digital; eager to learn, inspiring, and demonstrate the willingness to go the extra mile to get things done. This role is a key pillar of our eCommerce team; you will collaborate with various functions and disciplines on a regional and global level.

How you’ll do it

  • Project manage the localisation and implementation of content on our product detail pages, category pages, landing pages, and educational articles on Belkin.com using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with our in-house Localisation, Design and Digital Merchandising teams to deliver all content on time for new product launches.
  • Work with the Belkin.com eCommerce Manager and Marketing teams to build Belkin.com landing pages and experiences in line with campaigns and seasonal eCommerce initiatives. Collaborate with our Performance Marketing, CRM and Social teams to ensure consistent campaign messages across channels and increase traffic.
  • Perform ongoing keyword and competitor research using our stack of digital marketing tools such as SEM Rush and Google Analytics to inform improvements to the website that increase organic search and SEO.
  • Critically evaluate the shopping and UX on Belkin.com to improve customer experience and increase conversion. Work with Design, and Web Development teams to implement these improvements onto the site.
  • Project manage the creation, optimisation and implementation of product detail page content, brand stores and microsites for other eCommerce marketplaces and platforms.
  • Run content A/B tests. Store, manage and analyse data, and build best practices for content development.
  • Manage our content databases, and identify how AI, automation, data feeds, and content syndication can make processes and workflows more efficient.
  • Report on weekly and monthly KPIs showing tasks completed and proactive next steps taken to show progress achieved.
  • Be part of a positive and collaborative high-performance culture, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.

What you’ll need

  • Initiative and high-level organizational abilities with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent project management, and timekeeping skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interest in or knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SEM Rush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, or SEM Rush for keyword research.
  • Basic Photoshop / XD / Canva / Figma skills are a plus.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in other European languages is highly desirable.
  • Website content management software experience, or experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central is a plus
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally (when required).

What you’ve done

  • 1-2 years of experience in an ecommerce content, or digital marketing role managing a website content management system (bonus points for Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Information and Communication Technology industry background is advantageous.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing Amazon Channel is highly desirable
