The Brand & Communications Lead is pivotal in shaping and amplifying Alto’s brand presence across the property software market. You’ll design and execute a comprehensive brand visibility strategy that leverages news, insights, and product updates to create a 365-day framework for success.

In this role, you’ll be the reference point for all external-facing communications, ensuring Alto’s voice is consistent and impactful across industry publications, social media, and key events. Collaborating with marketing leadership and product marketing, you’ll position Alto as a thought leader in the prop-tech space, driving affinity, awareness, and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Visibility Strategy: Design and execute a year-round brand strategy that maximises Alto’s presence across industry publications, events, and social media channels.
  • Content Management: Oversee and optimise on-page content for Alto’s website, ensuring alignment with the brand’s goals and messaging.
  • Media Relations: Build relationships with journalists, editors, and industry influencers to secure media coverage, interviews, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Tracking & Measurement: Develop a framework to track and measure brand success, focusing on key metrics such as traffic, brand affinity, and visibility.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute OOH tactics, including showcasing Alto’s brand at events and points of interest within the property and tech industries.
  • Social Listening & Insights: Use listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, track competitive activity, and refine communications strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing and marketing leadership to position Alto’s products effectively and align messaging with broader marketing goals.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in brand strategy and communications, ideally within SaaS or tech industries.
  • Strong media relations skills with a history of securing coverage in industry publications and managing external communications.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics platforms to track and measure brand performance.
  • Excellent content management skills, including experience optimising web pages and producing audience-centric messaging.
  • A track record of delivering impactful campaigns and events that boost brand awareness.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in or alongside property tech or SaaS industries.
  • Knowledge of OOH marketing tactics and event planning for brand visibility.
  • Familiarity with content distribution strategies, such as thought leadership campaigns.
