Hearst UK operates an in office policy with flexible Friday's. Our office is based at House of Hearst, 30 Panton Street, St James's, London, SW1Y 4AJ, where teams collaborate in person and connect across brands and functions.

Salary – Circa £29,000 - Salary is dependent on experience and will be assessed in line with the                     candidate’s skills, knowledge, and relevant expertise.

The Role…

As the Bookings Assistant, you will support the bookings team and the Fashion Director in the production and casting processes of all editorial front of book fashion, jewellery and beauty shoots across ELLE and Harper’s Bazaar, ensuring they run smoothly and stick to budget.


Main Duties…

  • You will produce fashion, jewellery and watch shoots, booking the crew, location and casting models.

  • You will attend shoots and assist with production.

  • You will send out commissioning forms and call-sheets and be the liaison between everyone involved in these shoots.

  • You will handle and process all invoices relating to shoots, follow budgets and handle admin.

  • You will ensure budgets are up to date with accurate forecasts and actual spends, and invoices are logged once approved.

 

 

What We Are Looking For…

  • Relevant experience in editorial bookings and contacts with model agencies and creative talent agencies.

  • In depth knowledge of Elle and Harper’s Bazaar, including contributing creative teams.

  • Interest in fashion trends, models and up and coming creative talent including photographers.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work out with regular office hours.

  • Great attention to detail.

  • Ability to work to deadlines and multi-task.
