About the Role:

Role purpose
To work collaboratively to develop an integrated media strategy according to client’s business objectives and KPIs,
and lead annual budgeting and media planning. Lead and manage a Biddable team, actively contributing to team
growth and retention.

Key role responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with wider agency Strategy, Digital and offline teams to develop an integrated media
strategy according to client’s business objectives and KPIs. Responsible for ensuring the team is effectively
delivering this strategy.
• Lead annual budget and media planning. Ensure effective translation of client business objectives and
macro audience strategy into channel level plans.
• Uphold overall quality of campaign outputs and ensure deadlines are being met in line with defined SLAs.
• Ensure account is at the forefront of channel opportunity and automation capabilities across data,
technology and creative. Input into third party tech & data deals, best practice and adopt across account
where beneficial.
• Maintain a deep understanding of channel level and wider Martech infrastructure across the account,
driving optimal use and integration.
• Hold a clear comprehension of account context within the agency, scope and commercial structures. Drive
incremental revenues via wider agency/OMGUK central services and OMGUK propriety, white labelled and
third-party biddable tools & tech.
• Oversee the status of media bookings, reconciliations, and billings to ensure timely and accurate
completion according to Omnicom finance processes.
• Lead content output and coordinate production across the team for QBRs, strategic meetings and key new
opportunity pitches.
• Design operational processes to create optimal efficiency and ways of working across the account,
leveraging Annalect India support and automation where possible.
• Responsible for the overall wellbeing and engagement of the team including facilitating learning &
development opportunities and promoting upskilling across wider agency teams, and ensuring optimal
team structures and resourcing.
• Maintain regular, structured contact with key senior digital clients to build trust.
• Develop collaborative strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
• Overarching management of client expectations, supporting the team where needed
• Act as channel escalation point for clients.
• Act as account POC for senior media owner and technology partner contacts.
• Ensure media owners and technology partners are engaged, clear on the strategic vision for the account
and challenged to deliver the very best for the account.
• Feed into wider agency and OMG UK channel leadership workstreams.
• Support across new business preparations and pitches.
• Remain up to date across industry developments, regularly sharing POVs to clients and wider internal
teams.
• Create case studies, award entries, reports/papers, comment pieces.
• Work alongside wider agency and OMG UK channel leads to develop and upkeep market leading learning
materials.
