We are seeking a Bid Manager to join our Local Government Bid Team within Civica. The main focus of this role will be to manage and deliver high quality bids within our Local Government saas business. You will work closely with Sales, Technical Subject Matter Experts, Delivery, Finance and Commercial functions, to develop and win business with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Sales, Solution teams, Subject Matter Experts, Delivery, Finance and Commercial functions to develop and win business with existing and new customers.
  • Lead, coordinate and unite the bid contributions that are necessary from each part of the business, to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded, and that Civica’s bid governance processes are followed.
  • Own and lead bid planning for opportunities assigned to you.
  • Own the bid documents that are submitted to the customer, with a focus on maximising Civica’s score and probability of winning.
Requirements
  • Experience of managing Bids/Tenders within a saas or technology environment
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong communicator.
  • Excellent organisation skills and being able to keep calm under pressure.
  • Experience of public sector procurement framework
