A quick look at the role.

As a Bid Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in securing new business and retaining existing contracts by producing compelling, high-quality tender submissions. Working closely with our Regional Business Development and Account Management teams, you’ll ensure that every bid tells a powerful story and showcases our brand strengths.

Your core responsibilities

  • Identifying and managing bid opportunities, distributing them to our Sales & Account Management teams for strategic review
  • Writing and coordinating tenders for waste management services, including Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Invitations to Tender (ITTs)
  • Producing clear, persuasive, and well-researched content that aligns with our brand values and key strengths
  • Ensuring impeccable quality control, with grammar-perfect, well-structured, and engaging submissions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop fresh, compelling bid material that evolves with industry advancements
  • Supporting business development research to strengthen bid strategy

Our essential requirements

  • Proven experience in bid writing and tender submissions
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • An APMP qualification (or similar) is desirable but not essentials
