Assist the Site Supervisor with safe, efficient recycling-centre operations. Support M&A due diligence and ensure migrated data accuracy and financial impact explainability.

Lead contract data integrity, performance reporting and compliance. Produce dashboards and MI, monitor KPIs/SLAs, perform audits, support continuous improvement and coordinate external accreditations.

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the waste and resource management sector. Build relationships with prospective customers, manage the sales pipeline, lead opportunities from initial contact through contract award, and support growth targets. The remote-based role requires regular travel to customer sites and meetings.

Designs and delivers apprenticeship, graduate, internship, and work experience programmes. Leads recruitment campaigns, outreach, mentoring, development, university and training-provider partnerships, impact measurement, inclusion initiatives, and social mobility programmes. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and government-backed initiatives to build early-career talent pipelines and support long-term retention and progression.

Leads group-wide transport compliance, operator licensing, road safety and driver capability across UK sites. The role manages regulatory engagement with the DVSA and Traffic Commissioners, supports investigations and audits, oversees driver training, analyzes compliance data and incident trends, and coaches operational leaders. It requires deep knowledge of UK transport legislation and experience managing compliance risk, regulatory interventions and multi-site fleet operations.

Manage a portfolio of closed landfill sites across the Southern region, ensuring environmental and H&S compliance, overseeing contractors, optimising landfill gas and leachate systems, owning aftercare budgets, delivering site management plans, and working with regulators and cross‑functional teams to support operational performance.
