Oversee migration plans, third parties and a team of analysts, create reusable migration patterns, and build data quality and reporting tools. Support M&A due diligence and ensure migrated data accuracy and financial impact explainability.

Lead contract data integrity, performance reporting and compliance. Produce dashboards and MI, monitor KPIs/SLAs, perform audits, support continuous improvement and coordinate external accreditations.

Manage compliant, cost-effective hazardous waste disposal and recovery routes across the UK and Europe. Negotiate supplier contracts, lead commercial pricing and tenders, identify recovery technologies, ensure regulatory compliance (TFS/Basel), monitor depot performance, and produce commercial reports and KPIs while supporting operational teams.

Own new business growth across waste and resource management: generate and qualify leads, manage full sales lifecycle, prepare tenders and proposals, build client relationships, hit sales targets, maintain CRM and forecasts, and hand over contracts to operations.

Manage a portfolio of closed landfill sites across the Southern region, ensuring environmental and H&S compliance, overseeing contractors, optimising landfill gas and leachate systems, owning aftercare budgets, delivering site management plans, and working with regulators and cross‑functional teams to support operational performance.
