Manage a portfolio of debtor accounts: chase overdue payments by phone and email, investigate non-payment issues, negotiate repayment plans, adjust credit limits, raise credit notes, and assist with month-end reporting.

Lead full financial management of a municipal services division, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, PFI/PPP contract performance, commercial negotiations, audits, and multi-site finance teams. Support strategic planning, bids, mobilisation and transformation while partnering with operations, regulators and stakeholders to drive profitability, risk management and operational efficiency.

Provide training and onboarding for new Traffic Dispatchers across the business. Deliver engaging sessions, share best practices, coach and mentor staff, support rollout of modular training, and liaise with network colleagues. Some travel required.
