Oversee method statements, selection questionnaires, and approvals; partner with Business Development; improve templates and processes; coordinate cross-functional inputs; support Bid/No Bid decisions; maintain bid libraries and develop the team to drive successful commercial outcomes.

Lead and standardise operational excellence across regional waste transfer stations by implementing process improvements, training, audits, KPIs, and change management to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and support underperforming depots.

Lead full financial management of a municipal services division, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, PFI/PPP contract performance, commercial negotiations, audits, and multi-site finance teams. Support strategic planning, bids, mobilisation and transformation while partnering with operations, regulators and stakeholders to drive profitability, risk management and operational efficiency.
