Manage a portfolio of debtor accounts: chase overdue payments by phone and email, investigate non-payment issues, negotiate repayment plans, adjust credit limits, raise credit notes, and assist with month-end reporting.

Supervise and lead maintenance engineers and technicians to minimise downtime, enforce safety and permit systems, coordinate shutdowns and contractors, drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis, manage budgets and CMMS, and develop team skills.

Assist in safe, efficient operation of a household waste recycling centre: interact with the public, segregate and pick waste for recycling, clean yard areas, redirect commercial customers, and follow health, safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
