Lead accounting and management reporting for operational sites, partner with operations to drive financial performance, prepare forecasts/budgets, manage CAPEX and reconciliations, present monthly results, support year-end audit, improve processes and BI reporting, and manage a team of three senior finance analysts while travelling across the region.

Lead and supervise maintenance engineers and technicians to prioritise workloads, minimise downtime, and ensure safety compliance. Manage CMMS, produce safety documentation, coordinate contractors and shutdowns, run permit-to-work and RCA processes, coach and develop team skills, report shift performance, and oversee budget/P&L responsibilities to drive continuous improvement.

Lead daily operations of a recycling centre, supervise employees and agency staff, ensure H&S and environmental compliance, liaise with clients and regulators, coordinate maintenance, monitor budgets and performance metrics, support emergency call-outs, and promote sustainability and continuous improvement.
