About You

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build on their skills in a junior support or coordination role and is looking to broaden their experience. You'll gain exposure to bid management, project coordination and commercial activities while working alongside experienced colleagues who will support your ongoing development.

You're organised, reliable and enjoy keeping things running smoothly. You take pride in producing high-quality work, have a strong eye for detail and are comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines. You're eager to learn, work collaboratively and become a valued member of a busy team.

You communicate confidently with colleagues across different areas of the business and aren't afraid to ask questions, take ownership and get involved. An interest in bids, tenders or business development would be a bonus, but not essential.

Day-to-Day, You Will

  • Manage tender portals and procurement platforms, sharing opportunities and tracking key updates.

  • Support bid activity from opportunity through to submission, helping coordinate information and activities across the business.

  • Assist with creating and reviewing bid responses, ensuring content is accurate, professional and aligned to customer requirements.

  • Attend bid meetings, track actions and help keep projects on schedule.

  • Maintain and improve the bid content library, ensuring documents remain current, compliant and easy to access.

  • Use AI and other tools to help enhance content quality and streamline processes.

  • Support the team in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality submissions.
     

Your Skills and Experience Might Include

  • Previous experience in an administration, coordination, customer support, project support or similar business support role.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools such as Teams or SharePoint.

  • Experience using CRM, project management or workflow tools would be advantageous.

  • An interest in technology, software, HR technology or working in a business-to-business environment.
