As a BI Analyst within TD SYNNEX, you’ll sit at the centre of our front‑office performance agenda. Working closely with country leadership teams and European stakeholders, you’ll help drive profitable growth by translating complex data into clear insight and actionable recommendations.

Operating across sales, product marketing, profit and e‑business, this role plays a key part in shaping how we measure performance, support transformation initiatives and continuously improve how our business operates across Europe.

What you’ll be doing
  • Partnering with programme and initiative leads to ensure consistent, high‑quality performance reporting aligned to executive expectations.
  • Monitoring and analysing customer satisfaction alongside financial and operational performance across Sales, Product Marketing, Profit and e‑Business.
  • Identifying deviations against agreed KPIs and recommending clear, data‑driven remediation actions.
  • Designing, standardising and maintaining executive‑level and detailed performance reporting.
  • Supporting front‑office transformation through process design, documentation, best‑practice sharing and optimisation.
  • Collaborating with TD SYNNEX IT and in‑country teams on functional specifications and rollout of sales and performance systems (e.g. SAP CRM, QMT, IPT Telephony).
  • Implementing and maintaining tools and methodologies for tracking performance, ensuring consistency in a changing environment.
  • Acting as a role model for TD SYNNEX values, operating standards and governance.
  • Building strong relationships with country management teams to ensure objectives are delivered on time and within scope.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience in a performance, analytics or business operations role.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into intuitive Power BI solutions.
  • Experience partnering with country organisations or supporting large, cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Advanced technical capability across databases and reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Dataflows, SQL, SAP BW, Snowflake).
  • SAP knowledge (advantageous).
  • A passion for automation and digitalisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confidence to influence, challenge constructively and lead without formal authority.
  • A proactive, self‑driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and perform in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
