We have an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in EPDM in our office in Amsterdam!

Drive employee engagement and competitiveness with a clear benefits strategy for the EPDM Zone, which this role will be responsible for developing and owning while working closely with HR and the Global Benefits/Rewards team.

- Own the benefits strategy for Europe and action plan with local markets to ensure strategy implementation
- Be aware of benefits trends, regularly reflecting this in the zone strategy
- Design and own core benefits in UK & Netherlands; provide support and expertise on benefits across Rest of Europe
- Work with Local HR to ensure they are knowledgeable on benefits offerings to manage benefits queries (NL & UK); act as an escalation for benefits questions
- Support with audits and compliance checks
- Work closely with Payroll teams to ensure accurate administration of benefits
- Own benefits projects and support projects where expertise is required
- Partner with the Global Rewards and Benefits team to ensure alignment with Global projects
- Accountable for benefits invoicing and PO Management
- Prior benefits management experience required (5 Years)
- Experience in UK and NL benefits required, rest of Europe beneficial
- Knowledge of statutory laws in the UK and NL
