Job Description
We're excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Demand Planner to join our high-performing Benelux operations team at Kraft Heinz. As a key member of our team, you'll report to the Head of Demand Planning Benelux and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth.
What's on the menu?
As a Senior Demand Planner, you'll be responsible for managing two critical categories for Retail Netherlands: Meals and Sauces. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting our demand planning strategy, leveraging historical data and new insights to advise discussions on new product launches, future innovations, factory planning, logistics planning, and stock policy. Your goal will be to ensure that we have the right products in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand.
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a Junior Demand Planner who will report to you, responsible for managing the Belgium Retail portfolio. This is a great chance to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

  • Leading and supporting a Junior Demand Planner to ensure successful management of the Belgium Retail portfolio
  • Leading the forecast of two portfolios of FMCG products, generating high-quality base forecasts down to SKU level using our O9 platform
  • Driving Forecast Accuracy by developing robust demand forecasts, incorporating promotional and media plans, and coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams
  • Establishing and maintaining a framework for constructive forecast challenges, driving consensus and accuracy
  • Collaborating with the central Supply Planning team to ensure seamless product flow to our local warehouses
  • Optimize inventory levels and minimize write-offs through our monthly supply chain loss processes and clearance sales initiatives with the sales departments
  • Ensure exceptional customer service levels, including Case Fill Rate and Requested Delivery Date, to drive operational efficiency
  • Partner with supply planning, commercial category, and sales teams to successfully launch new products and renovate existing ones


Qualifications
Must haves

  • At least a completed Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years prior supply chain is crucial, and demand planning experience is a plus
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • SAP/ O9 experience
  • Experience in people management
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
