About The Role

Knight Frank is seeking a Belonging & Inclusion Lead to join their Head Office in 55 Baker Street.

The Belonging & Inclusion Lead is responsible for the implementation, coordination and day-to-day management of Knight Frank's Belonging & Inclusion priorities. 

Reporting to the UK Head of Talent & Culture Strategy, the role turns strategic priorities into practical action, ensuring Belonging & Inclusion activity is well coordinated, commercially relevant and aligned with business objectives. The role provides expertise, guidance and oversight across the function, supporting stakeholders across the business and ensuring a consistent and effective approach. 

The role is responsible for managing the B&I Specialist and overseeing Knight Frank's Employee Resource Groups, helping create the focus, structure and support needed to deliver meaningful outcomes for our people, our culture and our clients. 

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Delivery 

  • Manage and develop the B&I Specialist, providing clear direction, coaching and oversight. 
  • Coordinate the delivery of Belonging & Inclusion priorities, ensuring activity is aligned with business objectives and delivered effectively. 
  • Monitor progress against agreed plans, managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations. 
  • Track and maintain budgets, supplier agreements and administrative processes relating to B&I activity. 

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) 

  • Oversee Knight Frank's Employee Resource Group framework, ensuring ERGs are supported, effectively governed and aligned with organisational priorities. 
  • Provide guidance and constructive challenge to ERG leaders and Executive Sponsors, helping shape focused and achievable plans. 
  • Maintain ERG governance, planning cycles, budgets, reporting expectations and role clarity. 
  • Facilitate collaboration, capability building and knowledge sharing across the ERG community. 

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory 

  • Build trusted relationships across the business to strengthen understanding, engagement and support for belonging and inclusion. 
  • Provide practical advice and subject matter expertise to leaders, sponsors and stakeholders. 
  • Support stakeholders in balancing colleague perspectives, business priorities and commercial considerations. 
  • Use influence, education and constructive challenge to support effective decision-making and sustainable outcomes. 

Governance, Insight & Reporting 

  • Maintain appropriate governance, frameworks and processes to support effective and consistent B&I activity. 
  • Analyse colleague feedback, inclusion data and external insight to identify opportunities, risks and priorities. 
  • Develop recommendations and action plans that support organisational objectives and colleague experience. 
  • Coordinate reporting, external disclosures and relevant regulatory or industry requirements. 
  • Maintain awareness of legislative, regulatory and market developments and their potential implications for the business. 

Embedding Inclusion & External Impact 

  • Work with colleagues across Talent & Culture and the wider business to embed inclusive practices across key people processes and initiatives. 
  • Contribute inclusion expertise to organisational projects, change programmes and cultural initiatives where appropriate. 
  • Support the articulation of Knight Frank's approach to belonging and inclusion in client, market and employer brand activity. 
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen outcomes for colleagues, the business and clients. 

Skills & Experience 

  • Strong understanding of belonging and inclusion principles, governance and emerging requirements. 
  • Experience working with employee networks, communities or stakeholder groups. 
  • Skilled at building credibility, influencing stakeholders and navigating differing perspectives. 
  • Strong judgement and organisational awareness, with the ability to balance differing perspectives and navigate complex stakeholder environments. 
  • Commercially minded, balancing colleague needs, business priorities and client expectations. 
  • Able to interpret data and insight, translating findings into practical recommendations and actions. 
  • Pragmatic, adaptable and able to exercise sound judgement in complex situations. 
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. 
  • Emotionally intelligent communicator who can educate, influence and challenge constructively. 
  • Collaborative, approachable and committed to creating inclusive environments where people can thrive.
