This role is remote and open to candidates based in: United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Czechia, or Austria. The team you manage spans the DACH region.

Our business enables companies to transform and automate key customer‑facing and operational processes, and this role plays a critical part in driving that mission forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of circa 7-8 BDRs to drive outbound pipeline creation across DACH.
  • Deliver hands‑on call coaching, live feedback, and structured role‑play sessions to increase outreach quality and conversion rates.
  • Build scalable outbound prospecting programmes across phone, email, and social.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align pipeline expectations and improve qualification metrics.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead flow, ICP targeting, and demand generation impact.
  • Ensure effective use of Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools (Salesloft/Outreach, Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha).
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide visibility into team activity and pipeline health.
