    Level: M3/M4 (GCB 5)
    Location: Any (Open to all Capco locations)
    Notice Period: Immediate
    L1 Interview: BA Skills + Lending / Cards Domain Experience (see JD below)

    Job Description – Business Analyst (Lending):

    • Strong Business Analysis experience with domain exposure in Credit Cards / Debit Cards and Lending products.
    • Experience supporting digital journeys, particularly mobile banking delivery within retail banking environments.
    • Ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including design, testing, and implementation.
    • Exposure to wallet-based payment solutions is preferable.
    • Experience working in Agile delivery environments, collaborating with Product Owners, Technology, and Operations teams.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple product teams.
