Job Description – Business Analyst - Asset Management :

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Asset Management / Global Fund Services environments.
  • Strong domain background in Custody, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across front-to-back fund and investment workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with senior global stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts and driving alignment across regions.
  • Experience supporting the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including discovery, design, build, testing, and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, including epics, user stories, and backlog refinement.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working with global banks, custodians, or asset managers is preferred.
