We are looking for a powerhouse AVP, Creative Strategy to lead our creative output. This is not a role for a theorist; it is for a visionary who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution. You will transform complex briefs into compelling, feasible 3D realities, with an obsession for how people feel, move and interact with a brand from first impression to final takeaway.

Your Mission

  • Lead the Vision: Direct and inspire creative thinking across briefs, ensuring bold ideas are grounded in clear strategic purpose and technical reality.
  • Architect the Journey: Map the end-to-end guest experience, making every touchpoint intentional, intuitive and on-brand.
  • Own the Presentation: Shape and present client-facing creative stories with confidence, clarity and the theatre required to win the room.
  • Bridge Design & Tech: Work closely with 2D, 3D, CAD and production teams to ensure concepts can move from deck to site without losing their intent.
  • Navigate the Chaos: Thrive in a fast-moving live events environment where timelines shift, expectations are high and the solution still needs to be excellent.

Your Toolkit

We need a hybrid of strategist, storyteller and spatial thinker. You should be confident in:

  • Creative Strategy: Ability to dissect a brand’s DNA, audience needs and rightsholder objectives, then translate them into live environments.
  • Adobe Suite: Strong command of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop for polished pitch decks, strategy documents and presentation materials.
  • 3D & Real-Time Visualisation: A strong understanding of spatial design, Unreal Engine or equivalent visualisation tools, and how immersive environments are built.
  • Storytelling & Pitch Craft: Ability to turn complex thinking into a simple, compelling narrative that clients and internal teams can align behind.

Who You Are

  • A Natural Leader: You know how to get the best out of people and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when pressure is on.
  • A Spatial Storyteller: You understand volume, scale, lighting, flow and how creative decisions shape the guest experience.
  • Composed Under Pressure: You bring battle-hardened experience from live events, experiential, sport, entertainment or culture-led environments.
  • Inspirational: You stay ahead of trends, technology and culture, constantly bringing new sparks to the team.

Why LIVE·TEAM?

You’ll be working on some of the most exciting projects in the sports, entertainment and cultural industries with a team that values bold thinking, practical craft and flawless execution. If you’re ready to help shape what live experiences can become, we want to hear from you.
