The Corporate Communications Manager, EMEA, reports to the Head of Corporate Communications and is responsible for supporting our global corporate communications strategy in the EMEA region. They will work with AB’s global corporate communications team and regional leaders and stakeholders to ensure the firm’s global employee audience receives a balance of local, regional, and global communications.
What You’ll Do:
The Corporate Communications Manager will partner with the Head of Corporate Communications, serving as the key internal communications resource for the EMEA region. This individual will use a regional lens to both amplify firm-level messaging throughout EMEA and elevate regional stories and updates on our global communications channels.
Responsibilities include:
- Advance the corporate communications team’s strategy throughout EMEA to produce high-impact informational and educational materials for internal audiences, leveraging multiple delivery channels.
- Develop internal communications content that showcases the EMEA region and highlights AllianceBernstein’s global, connected culture.
- Ensure a consistent voice and tone is applied to all internal communications to employees, including via digital platforms, remaining mindful of cultural and regional sensitivities.
- Manage cross-departmental communications projects with teams of internal stakeholders.
- Support firm-wide and local Town Hall events, coordinating local event logistics and Q&A.
- Support internal channels including AB’s intranet, digital signage, and newsletters.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a collaborative, strategic thinker with a passion for developing high-performing talent and driving organizational success. Specifically, we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4-7 years of related experience.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft and refine a broad range of communications materials, including intranet articles, newsletters, executive communications, etc.
- Experience communicating to a broad employee population.
- Familiarity with communication tools and platforms, including intranet software, Pardot, and Slack preferred.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be a flexible, proactive, creative problem-solver and self-starter.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with coworkers and subject matter experts in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to build relationships both in-person and virtually.
- Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
