We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the "Company setup" product area within the Spend & Control alliance, focusing on Identity management and core platform services.

Company Setup isn't just a back-office function for us; it's a strategic product area that directly impacts our ability to integrate with large enterprises and onboard new users seamlessly. Our platform enables companies to manage user lifecycle, integrate with HRIS systems, and ensures secure, scalable Enterprise Identity management. This layer of the product organisation is a key enabler for other squads, allowing Perk’s product lines, like Travel, Spend, Invoice or Events to build their value stream efficiently. We are on a mission to make complex company and user management feel effortless.

As the Product Manager for Company Setup, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for a product that is central to our SaaS operations. You will transform complex challenges (from HRIS integrations and user lifecycle management to enabling internal teams) into a seamless, scalable, customer-facing and intelligent platform. This is a mission-critical role where you will directly shape our B2B commercial strategy, enhance customer trust through robust identity management, and build a key pillar of our competitive advantage.

• Dig into Insights: Utilise data, user and stakeholder insights to uncover the biggest opportunities for impact in identity and user lifecycle management. Share findings with the team and turn them into actionable strategies.

• Share the Vision: Clearly communicate the “why” and “where” behind your product areas to keep your team inspired and stakeholders aligned.

• Define and Own the Strategy: Lay out clear plans for tackling the right problems—explain why they matter, how you’ll solve them, and how success will be measured, specifically around core platform enablement.

• Collaborate and Execute: Work with developers, designers, and other functions like Implementation, Sales Engineering, and Account Managers to bring your strategy to life. Deliver value incrementally.

• Be the Go-To Expert: Provide answers, create training materials, and ensure product documentation is up-to-date for your platform and identity services.

• Empower Your Team: Lead with a servant-leadership approach: help the team stay focused, remove distractions, and foster creativity and collaboration.

• Level Up the Product Function: Continuously learn and share insights with colleagues to help build a world-class product team.

• Experience That Counts: At least 7 years in tech companies, with at least 5 years in Product management roles.

• Identity management or Platform experience required: Proven experience in Identity management services (especially Enterprise Identity, but social Identity is appreciated), User lifecycle management, HRIS integrations, or automation is required. Also, experience on Platform Product management (like Account Lifecycles, Settings, Pricing, or Onboarding systems) is a strong plus.

• Platform-Savvy: Experience working on platform products or enablement teams that serve other product lines or value streams.

• A Sharp Eye for UX: You understand what makes a great user experience and have experience creating customer-facing or internal platform products that are intuitive and impactful.

• B2B Focus: Comfortable working on B2B platforms and collaborating with technical stakeholders on integration, compliance, and user management.

• A Drive for Lean Execution: You break down complex projects into smaller steps that deliver value quickly.

• A Cross-Functional Mindset: Experience working with teams like engineering, design, finance, and data.

• Problem-Solving: You know how to untangle challenges, balance risks, and create thoughtful, data-backed plans.

How We Work

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
