  • Support the team with research, meeting preparation, briefing materials, and follow-up on active opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date prospecting activity and pipeline data within Salesforce to support reporting and business development efforts.
  • Represent OTC Markets at regional events, conferences, and partner forums to build awareness and generate inbound interest.
  • Develop subject-matter expertise on OTC Markets’ products, EMEA capital markets, cross-border listing dynamics, and U.S. trading regulations. Full training is provided, but a high level of curiosity and initiative for self-directed learning is essential.
  • Additional responsibilities, as assigned.
 What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial sales, business development, investor relations, or financial services, with at least two (2) years in a high-volume outbound or lead-generation capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; self-starter with excellent time management, organization, and prospecting skills.
  • Resilient, positive, and solutions-oriented, with a collaborative, team-focused approach in support of the Regional Head and the broader Corporate Services team.
  • Cultural sophistication and global acumen; understanding of European business norms; additional European language capability is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach via calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person events.
  • Ability to travel within EMEA, as needed.
