As a Project Manager at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery and execution of high-profile projects, collaborating with talented teams to transform technology and business processes. This opportunity is perfect for candidates with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills who are passionate about shaping the future of financial services.
Job responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities for the Athena Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Support senior project managers in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring clear communication of goals, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Support change management activities, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, or similar)
  • Experience in financial services or technology
  • Experience with data analysis or reporting tools.
  • Understanding of technology development lifecycles.
  • Prior exposure to large-scale transformation or technology programs.
