What will I be doing?

As the Product Marketing Specialist at Kaluza, you will be responsible for executing key go-to-market activities and content creation that accelerate growth. You’ll work closely with the wider Product Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to support how we communicate the value of Kaluza to our target markets.

The role sits in Kaluza’s Growth team together with our marketing and strategy departments. As part of the Growth team our role is to pursue and develop growth opportunities for Kaluza across target markets, always pushing the boundaries of new opportunities and developing and delivering the right value proposition.

Suiting an ambitious candidate early in your product marketeer career, you’ll be innovative, hard working, and use the latest approaches and technology to push harder. You’ll also be highly collaborative with colleagues across multiple disciplines at all levels of the organisation.

  • Content Creation & Refinement: You’ll be responsible for drafting and refining key marketing collateral, including case studies, solution briefs, web copy, and blog posts, translating complex product features into clear, benefit-led content.
  • Sales Enablement Support: You will support the Business Development team by developing and maintaining core sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, competitive battle cards, and training materials.
  • Market Research & Analysis: You will conduct research on the competitive landscape and target markets, synthesizing findings to help inform product positioning and content strategy.
  • Voice of the Customer: You will assist the Product Marketing Manager in gathering customer testimonials and data for use in marketing and sales materials, supporting the creation of high-impact case studies.
  • AI-First Workflow: You’ll utilize AI tools to enhance your productivity, assisting with competitor research, content drafting, and data organization.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: You’ll work as a key link between the Product and Go-To-Market teams, ensuring the Sales team has up-to-date and accurate information on product releases and value propositions.
  • Internal Communication: Help communicate product updates and core messaging internally to ensure alignment across all GTM teams.

About You 

Ideally you’ll have/be

  • Enthusiastic Communicator: You enjoy turning technical details into clear, persuasive, and engaging written content.
  • Foundational PMM Skills: You have experience (or a strong desire to gain experience) in B2B SaaS or energy content creation, case study development, or sales enablement.
  • Fast-Paced Adaptability: You are comfortable working in a scale-up environment, managing multiple priorities, and quickly adapting to changing needs.
  • Detail-Oriented Executor: You have a strong focus on execution and delivering high-quality, polished materials on time.
  • Curious and Driven: You're keen to learn about complex technical concepts like DERs, demand-side response, or the retail energy market.
  • Team Player: You are a supportive and collaborative member of the team, willing to assist with various tasks to achieve collective goals.

Proficient with AI Tools: You are comfortable using various marketing and communication tools, and ideally, have an interest in leveraging AI for efficiency.
