Job Description

Reporting to the Intelligence Digital Product Marketing Director, Reporting to the Product Marketing
Director, Digital Insights, this Product Marketing Manager - Market & Competitive Insights role is a key
contributor within the Digital Product Marketing organization at Quadient.

The position plays a central role in producing, analyzing, and activating market, customer, and competitive
insights to support product strategy, Go-to-Market priorities, and commercial performance across regions.
This role combines strategic analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and strong field proximity in a global,
fast-evolving SaaS environment.

Your role in our future

  • Contribute to the analysis of key market trends and dynamics across Digital, Finance, E-invoicing, and Customer Communications, including market sizing, growth drivers, regulatory evolution, and vertical-specific opportunities.
  • Support market and customer segmentation efforts by geography, industry, and digital maturity to inform prioritization.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to support marketing, sales, and product decision-making.
  • Maintain and continuously enrich a structured competitive intelligence framework, covering established players, emerging competitors, and indirect alternatives.
  • Produce detailed competitive analyses, including positioning, strengths and weaknesses,
  • differentiation, pricing approaches, and messaging.
  • Develop and update battle cards, SWOT analyses, and functional gap assessments.
  • Deliver win/loss analysis and share insights with regional teams to improve sales effectiveness

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Market Intelligence, or Consulting.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments, preferably involving complex, regulated, or finance-related solutions.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to transform data into insights and
    recommendations
  • Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • High intellectual curiosity and willingness to continuously learn
  • Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong sense of ownership and prioritization
  • Results-driven with a business-oriented approach
  • Ability to challenge constructively and influence without authority
