Trade Nation is a global CFD and spread betting brokerage operating across multiple regulated jurisdictions. Our trading platforms are the heart of the business - what traders experience every day and what underpins our edge in the market.

We're hiring an Associate Product Manager to support roadmap delivery across our Trading UIs vertical which includes our proprietary mobile app and web platform, plus third-party trading interfaces such as TradingView and MT4/MT5.

You'll work closely with the vertical owner to shape and deliver improvements to the trading platforms our clients use every day. This is a front-end-focused role - we're looking for someone with a strong eye for UX/UI and a genuine interest in trading platforms, who wants to build deep domain expertise in leveraged trading products from the inside.

Our platform is available in 14 languages, making it accessible to traders worldwide.

Built on transparency and trust, and driven by our people, our focus is simple: helping customers trade more effectively. We do that by keeping costs low, cutting unnecessary complexity and using technology to put traders first.

  • Work closely with our design team and clients to translate feedback and trading behaviour into clear product ideas and requirements for the platform
  • Own and maintain the backlog for technical squads that deliver the Trading UIs roadmap
  • Identify, monitor and communicate impact of key platform & commercial metrics - engagement, feature adoption, revenue per trade, usability and performance
  • Stay close to the competitive landscape and become an internal expert voice on where our trading platforms should go next

  • 1-3 years in product management, with a track record of shipping regulated B2C products
  • Experience or strong personal interest in trading platforms or leveraged-trading products; direct brokerage experience is a strong plus
  • Experience in a UX/product design-adjacent role - a strong eye for good UX/UI design, ideally with exposure to trading platform mechanics

  • Able to produce clear product requirements documentation and work effectively with engineering & delivery teams
  • Comfortable with data and able to define metrics relevant to trading platform engagement and usability
  • Strong stakeholder skills across design, engineering and other product teams
  • Growth mindset - ready to grow into owning a product vertical, its roadmap and its outcomes
