Exciting Things You Will Be Doing
- Lead hands-on product testing with real users, shaping our next breakthrough innovations.
- Dive into market research and trends, spotting gaps and opportunities before anyone else.
- Work cross-functionally to optimize every product detail, ensuring seamless performance from prototype to launch.
- Create standout styling guides, tutorials, and content, making every unboxing experience flawless.
- Own the product spec game, keeping every detail sharp for sales, marketing, and global teams.
What You Will Bring
- A consumer-first mindset with a passion for beauty and innovation.
- A technical edge—comfortable working with engineers, tracking KPIs, and pushing performance.
- Sharp communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and drive action.

- Strong project management skills, juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- A team-first attitude with the ability to own projects independently.
- Willingness to travel internationally as part of product testing and development.
Bonus Points
- Experience in haircare or beauty product development.
- Background in CPG hardware product development.
This hybrid role requires at least three days per week at our Battersea Power Station offcie - one of London’s most exciting innovation and creative hubs.
