Please note this role is for an initial 12 month fixed term contract, with potential for extension.
Bullhorn’s staffing software Associate Partner Manager is a crucial and influential member of our Alliances team. Focusing on software partnerships to help staffing customers with sales and operations functions, the Associate Partner Manager will establish and support strategic partnerships in UK&I to accelerate the growth of our business and enhance the incredible experience for Bullhorn users.
As an Associate Partner Manager, a typical day might include:
  • Evaluating and screening potential partners, and helping to launch those partners within the Bullhorn ecosystem - including defining value propositions and quantifying benefits for both partners and Bullhorn
  • Collaborating with internal Sales, Marketing and Product teams to provide updated information on partner solutions within specific categories
  • Supporting all aspects of partner relationships from program development through implementation, including content strategy, joint customer targeting, events, etc.
