The Team

Our Financial Services and Insurance practice supports some of the largest global firms and most recognizable local brands solve their biggest challenges in today’s age of digital and AI led transformation . With diverse services, ranging from strategy and advisory to large scale implementations and change initiates, from business change to operational transformation and leading-edge IT solutions, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.

The Role:

  • Provide strategic leadership to drive the sale of transformation engagements within the banking sector.
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale transformation programs across both business and technology domains.
  • Demonstrate strong domain expertise across Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Digital Banking, and AI‑driven propositions.
  • Take full accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins for assigned key accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance across relevant market segments.
  • Manage business development activities within key accounts to ensure Infosys Consulting is well positioned to deliver high‑quality services.
  • Strengthen Infosys Consulting’s presence in major accounts while expanding relationships across additional existing clients.
  • Contribute to proposal development, highlighting the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and winning themes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to subordinate managers, supporting their career growth through coaching, counselling, performance development, and ongoing guidance.
  • Bring strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage senior executives with confidence, consistently delivering above expectations.
  • Possess prior leadership experience within a services organization, guiding both direct and matrixed teams while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Leverage extensive networks, industry relationships, and thought leadership engagements (conferences, forums, publications, etc.).
  • Demonstrate the ability to operate comfortably at senior levels within complex organizations, building credibility, trust, and strong client rapport.
  • Show a proven track record of selling and delivering consulting and technology services, meeting business objectives in large, rapidly evolving corporate environments.
  • Be recognized as an expert in technology domains, aligning functional areas with business requirements to support organizational vision.
  • Deliver strong, engaging presentations to large audiences with confidence and clarity.
  • Embrace a collaborative, hands‑on leadership style, setting the tone by example.
  • Exhibit passion for disruptive innovation and transformative ideas.
  • Display mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially when working with senior client stakeholders.
  • Commit to elevating the Infosys brand through continuous personal and professional development.
  • Be willing and able to travel extensively as required.
