What We Need
In this newly created position, the Associate HR Business Partner serves as the primary HR point-of-contact for our growing global graduate programs (currently spanning Ireland, London and North America, with potential for expansion) and provides entry level HRBP support for our Dublin based employees. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRBP, the successful candidate will provide front-facing HR advice and help harmonize HR policies and procedures across all supported groups. Based from our Dublin office, this is a hybrid role with the option of working from home up to two days a week and three days in-office. International travel will also be required.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will manage the dual mandate of owning the administrative and support framework for the global graduate programs and providing comprehensive front-line HRBP support to the local Dublin team.
Strategic HR Support for Global Graduate Programs (Primary Focus)
- Partner directly with global graduate program managers to identify, harmonize, and roll out HR initiatives that enhance the program's efficiency, effectiveness, and participant experience.
- Act as the dedicated HR point-of-contact for all global graduate program participants, fielding front-line HR queries, providing policy guidance, and escalating complex issues to the Senior HRBP.
- Administer and support the development of consistent global HR policies and procedures specifically tailored for the graduate cohort, ensuring equitable and legally compliant practices (e.g., compensation, mobility, visa documentation).
- Create and manage specific HR reports and metrics for the graduate programs (e.g., retention, performance, diversity), driving data-informed decisions for program strategy and evolution.
- Partner with the program managers to coordinate targeted training and development initiatives for graduate cohorts in partnership with Talent Development partners.
HR Support for Dublin Employees
- Provide high-quality, front-facing HR support to all Dublin-based employees and managers, providing support on HR inquiries, policy questions, and performance management process guidance.
- Actively contribute to enhancing the performance, culture, and engagement of the Dublin office through solution-oriented support to employees and managers.
- Win the hearts and minds of our employees by hosting listening groups, facilitate workshops, and promote our HR open door approach to bolster engagement and drive morale within the Dublin site
- Support the Senior Manager, HRBP with employee relations issues by gathering documentation, scheduling meetings, and ensuring accurate note-taking.
Administration & Compliance
- Oversee the efficient administration of HR policies, processes, and procedures; making recommendations for improvements and changes and assisting in the development and implementation of policies across both supported groups.
- Ensure end-to-end legal compliance is strictly adhered to for all supported populations, always displaying a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit
We are looking for an action-oriented professional with a passion for early-career talent development, a solid understanding of HR administration, and the ability to manage dual priorities across a global and local scope.
- Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, global matrix organisation, with demonstrated experience supporting rotational, graduate, or early-career talent programs an asset
- Be comfortable with ambiguity in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to provide high-quality, front-line HR support and query resolution.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach, with the ability to tackle global complexity and call out challenges as they arise.
- Strong business acumen and a willingness to quickly learn and educate themselves on local legislation
- Advanced capability in using google sheets, slides & Workday HRIS an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—essential for managing global and local stakeholders.
- Be a passionate team player with a drive to create a positive work environment.
