RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate Finance Customer Contact Specialist owns the task of resolving stakeholder enquires on matters related to the Order-to-Cash process for our portfolio of brands, that include: billing, contracts, and other financial matters. This role requires critical thinking, patience, and effective communication skills to uncover customer needs, answer questions, and deliver a positive impression on every customer interaction.

  • The Associate Finance Customer Contact Centre Specialist utilizes company CRM tools to obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle process and trouble-shooting requirements.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle internal and external contacts in a positive, assertive, effective, and timely manner is required.
  • The Associate Finance Customer Contact Specialist will work collaboratively in a team environment across a variety of departments, including Sales, Billing and Contracts, Accounts Receivable,  and Customer Care.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educated to a Degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Customer service-related experience.
  • Solutions focused.
  • Ability to execute in a high transactional environment in an efficient and professional manner.
  • A flexible communicator and good listener who can multitask to solve problems.
  • Experience working with Excel
  • Additional language skills specifically French, German or Spanish.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud.
