Description:

Partnering with senior consultants, conducts workshops to draw implications/conclusions from analysis and help to form recommendations (based on pre-existing templates or prior client work modified for current situation) that will be used to facilitate the decision making process with clients.

Delivers the following Workday tasks: designing business processes; prototyping and configuring applications; configuring application integrations; transforming and loading data; testing and validating applications; supporting production roll-out; providing ongoing production support.

Conducts research by staying abreast of Workday issues/trends and capabilities and gathers business requirements to be utilized in the analysis and development of proposed client solutions.

Performs Workday strategy or related analysis with guidance from senior consultants by evaluating Workday practices and process, developing conclusions/formulating recommendations and analyzing data to draw conclusions.

For larger client projects, provides support to the senior consultant/project manager and acts as the day to day (secondary) contact to the client to ensure project solutions and deliverables are meeting client expectations.For smaller/more routine client projects, acts as the project manager establishing the project plan, monitoring overall project progress against deadlines/responsibilities, managing and reviewing the project work of more junior project team members.

Assists senior consultants in developing new business opportunities with existing clients by customizing pre-existing proposal materials to draft RFPs.
