Our Team : R&Ds Global Sales Enablement


The Research & Development Solutions (R&DS) Global Sales Enablement team supports the full R&DS portfolio by equipping sales teams with the knowledge, tools, messaging, assets, and processes needed to engage customers effectively and drive growth. The team partners across R&DS commercial, operational, solution design, marketing, and subject matter expert communities to translate business priorities into practical enablement programs that support global and regional sales execution.


Portfolio focus : Research & Development Solutions


Research & Development Solutions brings together IQVIA services, expertise, technology, data, analytics, and delivery models that help life sciences companies plan, design, launch, execute, and optimize clinical development programs. The portfolio spans the clinical development lifecycle and supports customers across strategic planning, trial design, study start-up, clinical operations, data sciences, regulatory, safety, patient and site engagement, functional services, and enabling technology solutions.


The team is responsible for supporting business growth across the R&DS portfolio, including:


  • Clinical Development and Operations, including full-service, functional service, study start-up, site, patient, and trial execution solutions.
  • Data Sciences, Regulatory, Safety, and Medical Writing, supporting the end-to-end generation, management, analysis, submission, and oversight of clinical development evidence.
  • Technology, Analytics, and AI-enabled Solutions that help customers improve development strategy, execution predictability, speed, quality, and decision-making.

The Role : The position will be focused on supporting the Sales Enablement function.


The Sales Enablement function positively impact sales productivity and outcomes by instituting best practices, developing, and delivering best-in-class knowledge sharing, assets, tools, processes and communications across an organisation’s sales teams.


The Sales Enablement team creates and manages programs and tactics that support R&DS commercial strategy, portfolio priorities, and the objectives of operational and sales leaders.


The Sales Enablement goal is to ensure sales teams possess the skills, knowledge, messaging, tools, and assets to effectively engage with customers and drive R&DS sales. Working in team with a Senior Director, lead of Sales Enablement, you will :


  • Translate business needs into end-to-end sales enablement programs. (tools, internal and external assets, processes, communications, and knowledge sharing) for different functions or solutions.
  • Support the global R&DS sales communications strategy.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Solution Design, and subject matter experts across R&DS on asset creation, messaging, and delivery to ensure sales teams receive relevant, high-quality content.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement assets based on sales enablement plans to support global / regional sales communities.
  • Lead the ongoing management and enhancements of the sales enablement platform.
  • Design and implement metrics to ensure consistent evaluation and measurement of all sales enablement activities.

Role Requirements:


  • Bachelor/master’s degree in relevant area
  • 5+ years of experience in Lifescience industry, CRO, service provider or consultancy
  • 7+ years in a sales enablement or marketing role including plan creation and execution
  • Excellent professional English both written and spoken
  • Experience and understanding of Clinical research
  • Expert / guru in PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical/problem solving skills
  • Capacity for innovative thinking
  • Proven track record of successful delivery
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities
