JOB TITLE: Associate Director - Digital Channels
SALARY: £63,000 - £83,000 (dependent on experience & location)
LOCATIONS: Birmingham / Bristol / Edinburgh / Glasgow / Leeds / London / Manchester
HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
About This Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented and driven candidate to play a leading role in our Digital Origination Team within our Business & Commercial Banking (BCB) division.
You'll join the team as an Associate Director responsible for the distribution of our BCB products through our client facing digital channels. The role will focus on increasing awareness, strengthening engagement and driving conversion through our digital journeys and experiences with overarching responsibility for the delivery of digital trading performance. You'll work closely with Channels, Marketing, Product and Platform teams to deliver great customer experience and journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver digital channel plans based on customer and market insights, considering the wider business and regulatory context

Evaluate digital channel opportunities e.g. demand generation, feature development, journey optimisation to make business recommendations

Support the development and delivery of search and discovery, demand/lead generation and digital content strategy

Use data initiatives to provide new and improved sources of opportunities to drive performance

Produce executive level reporting to understand progress to plans, and insightful information to monitor channel performance

Collaborate with Product, Platform, Marketing teams and key partners across the division and Group

Proactively troubleshoot and coordinate challenges and opportunities

Find opportunities for and lead change to improve customer and commercial outcomes

Identify, monitor and mitigate business risks
-
Proactively build and maintain external and internal network to support business delivery
-
Positively influence others by demonstrating core LBG values and behaviours and where appropriate.

What You'll Need
Your application will demonstrate applicable key skills/experience:

Previous experience of roles including digital strategy, transformation, digital demand generation, leading digital channel performance OR relevant Business & Commercial product management knowledge.

Knowledge of Commercial Banking is desired with a passion for understanding clients’ needs.

Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to enhance customer experience and improve overall business performance.

Accountability by taking ownership of projects or initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Strong stakeholder management skills, being able to manage relationships with key partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Proactive behaviour by finding opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to address them.
