You'll work on between 1 or more consulting engagements simultaneously, bridging visionary strategy with actionable execution. Working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, you'll solve complex challenges across:

• Transformation & Change – Guide organizations through workplace evolution

• Portfolio Strategy – Optimize real estate footprints for maximum ROI

• Target Operating Models – Design structures that drive efficiency

• Workplace & People Strategy – Create environments that engage and inspire

• AI in Corporate Real Estate – Harness emerging technology for competitive advantage

• Location & FM Strategy – Align space with business goals

Your Experience: Corporate real estate or workplace consulting background, ideally from a management consultancy or specialized practice, with demonstrated expertise in change management and strategic transformation.

Your Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with AI-enhanced productivity tools, and excellent communication abilities across written, presentation, and interpersonal formats.

You'll have the autonomy to work independently while collaborating with colleagues across geographies, managing budgets and contributing to practice growth. Your ability to relate authentically with professionals at all levels—both internally and externally—will enable you to inspire teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
