Role Summary and Impact

The Associate Director is an experienced media analyst as part of ZEUR UK team, responsible for developing strong relationships with the UK Nestle team, providing excellent marketing effectiveness skills and have the knowledge/skills to push innovative thinking as well as best in class analysis. You will be an excellent communicator. With 47 countries, +450 team members, and regular new product launches, the account is looking for someone to support Marketing & Campaign analytics for the UK&I market

  • Work with the Analytics Director and cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and champion marketing effectiveness across UK&I.
  • Lead end-to-end analytical projects, with strategic recommendations that drive business impact.
  • Lead the creation of media investment analysis and provide recommendations on a diverse array of channel budget optimization tools and methodologies to be applied across the Nestle portfolio.
    • Leverage Marketing Mix Models and Media Best Practice to advise on optimal investment and scenarios.
    • Advise on channel-mix optimization, and deliver data-driven recommendations to clients, linking business intelligence directly to performance.
    • Calibrate Marketing Mix Model response curves into the agency media planning software.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives for diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Utilise business results and client learning agendas to optimise campaign design.
  • Design and advise on comprehensive measurement plans for campaigns of varying complexity, including hypotheses, variables, and success metrics.
  • Support measurement setup and proactively identify measurement gaps and lead client communications.
  • Extract, organise, and analyse data from diverse sources (e.g. Campaign performance, social listening, competitive analysis) to distil and distribute actionable insights.
  • Support the client's learning agenda and align media sufficiency principles with local market guidelines.
  • Engage with the broader effectiveness analytics community to share learnings and ensure delivery of agency best practices (e.g., PCAs, experimentation).
