Associate: Debt Finance

In addition to strong academic credentials, as a mid-level Associate you should possess the drive and determination needed to thrive in a fast-paced practice, handling the legal intricacies of large-scale banking transactions. You will apply good judgment and excellent analytical skills to your work, be highly organised and self‑motivated, and be a team player with a strong professional presence and client focus.

Key responsibilities
- Applying good judgment and excellent analytical skills to all tasks and demonstrating strong organisational skills and self‑motivation

- Executing multiple work streams and delivering flawless work within short timeframes, using excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Conducting essential contractual tasks, including editing passes on ancillary documents to ensure accuracy and linguistic precision
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, and assisting with and implementing firm‑wide strategies
- Engaging proactively with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, providing strategic advice and addressing their needs
