  • You will develop client-facing skills by actively participating in meetings and learning to translate client needs into design requirements.
  • Assist in design thinking workshops and working sessions, contributing to low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Produce high-quality design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, under the guidance of senior designers.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates a foundational understanding of the design process and a passion for user-centered solutions.
  • Exposure to user research methodologies, with an eagerness to learn how to plan, conduct, and analyze user interviews and usability tests.
  • Ability to create fundamental design artifacts, such as basic wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Knowledge of UI design principles, including a burgeoning understanding of hierarchy, layout, typography, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong communication skills, with a desire to learn how to present concepts and advocate for design decisions in a professional setting.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma (preferred) or similar software.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
