As an Associate Business Development Manager, you will serve as a proactive growth engine for Equifax, driving revenue through high-volume outbound sales and strategic account management. This entry-level role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and maximizing the value of our existing customer portfolio through targeted phone-based outreach and expert consultation.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for supporting with winning and developing current and prospective accounts

  • Work closely with the account management teams to provide business development support for new sales opportunities and tender activities, managing the process from lead through to close

  • Help to promote and sell Equifax solutions and products

  • Pursue and close deals with long lead-times and articulate the complexity of Equifax offerings to both current and prospective clients

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor's degree and/or applicable experience, including demonstrated experience:
  • Researching potential clients and markets
  • Building a contact list
  • Logging CRM data
  • Cold calling smaller prospects and generating meetings
  • Building a discovery meeting agenda
  • Exposure to prospecting and lead generation 
  • Social Selling, including use of Linkedin tools to search prospects and develop a network
  • Deals with small businesses
