AiEX - AVP – AiEX (Automation & Workflow Solutions) - Product Manager

Group Details:

As part of Tradeweb’s Automated Intelligent Execution (AiEX) and Workflow Solutions team, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our automated trading solutions across asset classes including Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Equities.

This is a client-facing, business-oriented role at the intersection of trading, technology, and data. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to onboard clients, enhance workflows, and deliver scalable automation solutions. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, curiosity about financial markets, and an interest in how technology can transform trading workflows.

You will gain exposure to front-office systems, electronic trading protocols, and workflow automation tools used by leading financial institutions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client onboarding and implementation of AiEX solutions
  • Analyse client workflows and propose automation opportunities
  • Work with Sales and Product teams to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Assist in writing functional specifications for new features and enhancements
  • Diagnose client queries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalation where required
  • Produce data-driven insights and visualisations to support client and internal decision-making
  • Participate in internal and external presentations and client discussions

Required Qualifications:

  • 2:1 or higher degree in a quantitative or technical subject (e.g. Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering)
  • Strong interest in financial markets and electronic trading
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in a programming language (e.g. Python, Java) and strong Excel skills
  • Understanding of trading workflows or front-office systems (OMS/EMS)
  • Experience with data analysis or visualisation tools (e.g. Python, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with APIs or automation concepts
  • Exposure to Fixed Income or derivatives markets
